Dr. Stewart founded her consulting business, Triangle Services Consulting, in 2016 with her even more amazing and accomplished colleague, Dr. Rhea Holler. They have pursued their dream of developing a small boutique practice with state of the art mental health treatment, training, consultation, coaching, and supervision in Los Angeles

They have pursued their dream of developing a small boutique practice with state of the art mental health treatment, training, consultation, coaching, and supervision in Los Angeles and Orange County. They are committed to excellence & go above and beyond to assist their clients and colleagues. The two psychologists are well known amongst their federal, county, and private practice colleagues as being the best in the business.

Born & raised in Southern CA. Dr. Stewart is passionate about empathy, empowerment, and education. She pursued excellence in education and achieved a double Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication Studies from UCLA and a Ph.D. in psychology from Washington State University. While at UCLA she worked for sport psychologist Dr. Tar
Born & raised in Southern CA. Dr. Stewart is passionate about empathy, empowerment, and education. She pursued excellence in education and achieved a double Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication Studies from UCLA and a Ph.D. in psychology from Washington State University. While at UCLA she worked for sport psychologist Dr. Tara Scanlan and the International Center for Talent Development, trained under Dr. Lovaas, whom developed Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA,) and produced The Young Turks radio show. During graduate school she specialized in evidence based practice, hypnosis, women's mental health, and treating trauma and PTSD. Dr. Stewart was also an instructor in the Department of Education and Leadership. She interned at Dartmouth College and Veterans Affairs in collaboration with the National Center for PTSD Executive Division and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Then she pursued a specialized fellowship in Women's Mental Health. In her early career she was actively involved in research. direct clinical services, supervision and leadership. She started & developed one of a handful of DBT programs within the VA systems nationwide, was the first psychologist embedded in a Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program, developed and directed an interprofessional post doctoral fellowship program. She was also a research associate at the Southern California Institute for Research and Education. After 10 years she decided to pursue her original dream of owning her own business and founded Triangle Services Consulting. In the private sector she continued to specialize in women's mental health and specializes in perinatal and postpartum mental health issues, Dr. Stewart continues to pursue excellence through continuing education, empowers and mentors other early career women in business and leadership, and provides expert consultation to local professionals.
